Omega has recently added a new system to their delivery program. Designed for rod and strip cutting.
This system has a storage for many hours of automated production. Strips are loaded in the laser cutting station automatically, positioned and cut. Fast. Accurate. Standard with a powerful razor sharp 4 kWatt Rofin DC040 laser source. Products and waste are collected separately.
The CADCAM software enables fast off-line programming of the products.
Rod thickness ranging from 4 to 15 mm. Width up to 250 mm. Carbon steel (C45, St.52 and others) and stainless steel.
